Azimova Dilnoza Sherzodovna (born January 24, 1985) holds a higher education degree and completed her Bachelor’s and Master’s studies at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences of Mirzo Ulugbek National University of Uzbekistan. Her professional background includes extensive teaching experience in vocational colleges and work in the library sector. Identifying the limited availability of library services for children with hearing impairments in Uzbekistan, she conducted doctoral research entitled “Development of Reading Competence of Children with Hearing Impairments.” The study was implemented over three years in cooperation with students of Boarding Schools No. 106 and No. 102 in the Olmazor district, incorporating bibliographic video materials, QR-coded books, and specialized surdo-booktrailers to enhance students’ reading motivation and comprehension. She is married and has three children.
