Mr. Tekin was born in Istanbul in 1997. He received his bachelor's and master's degrees in Political Science and International Relations in Türkiye. His specialty is Central Asia. Mr. Tekin also speaks English at an academic level and basic Kazakh and Uzbek. In addition to this information, he spent a year as a guest at Ahmet Yesevi International Turkish-Kazakh University in Kazakhstan for his master's field research. He currently works as a lecturer at the Faculty of Social Sciences of Alfraganus University in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan.
