Mr. Tekin was born in Istanbul in 1997. He completed his undergraduate and graduate studies in Political Science and International Relations in Türkiye. His area of ​​expertise is Central Asia. Mr. Tekin speaks Uzbek fluently and has an academic level of English. He is also proficient in other regional languages ​​(Kazakh and Kyrgyz). He also served as a visiting lecturer for one year at the Ahmet Yesevi International Turkish-Kazakh University in Kazakhstan for his master's thesis research. He is currently working as a lecturer at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Alfraganus University in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
