I am Sapayev Bayramdurdi, doctor of physics and mathematics, professor. In 1978, I entered Tashkent State University (now the National University) at the Faculty of Physics and graduated in 1985.
In 1984, I joined the laboratory "Growing of Semiconductor Crystals" of the Institute of Physics and Technology of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Since 1989, I have started working as a junior researcher in this laboratory and entered postgraduate study by correspondence.
On 01.04.10, 1990, I defended the scientific degree of candidate of sciences in physics and mathematics on the topic "Study of the physical conditions of growth of solid solution structures at temperatures lower than solution-solvent in the physics of semiconductors and dielectrics" and was awarded a scientific degree.
Since 1994, I have continued my work as a research worker in the laboratory of UzNIIME Tashkent branch No. 2. Since 1995, I have worked as an associate professor at the Physics Department of the Tashkent Pharmaceutical Institute, and later as the head of the Physics Department. In 2000, I entered full-time doctoral studies at the FTI "Physics-Solar" IIChB of the UzR FA. 01.04.10 in 2009 - Semiconductor physics, "Liquid phase epitaxy and continuous solid Si1-xGex,,Si1-xSnx, (Si2)1-x(GaAs)x,, (Ge2)1-x(GaAs )x,, (Si2)1-x(GaP)x, (Si2)1-x(ZnS)x) I successfully defended my doctoral thesis on the topic of "Physical-chemical properties of solutions" and received the scientific degree of Doctor of Physics-Mathematical Sciences.
Since 1994, I have continued my work as a research worker in the laboratory of UzNIIME Tashkent branch No. 2. Since 1995, I have worked as an associate professor at the Physics Department of the Tashkent Pharmaceutical Institute, and later as the head of the Physics Department. 2010-2011. I worked as a professor at the Physics Department of the Tashkent Automobile and Road Institute.
Since 2011, I have worked as the head of the electronic digital signature registration department of the Scientific Information Center of New Technologies of the Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
