Nasirov Davranbek Palvannazirovich was born on March 29, 1980, in Khiva District of Khorezm Region, into a working-class family. He is of Uzbek nationality. From 1987 to 1997, he studied at Secondary School No. 20 in Khiva District, Khorezm Region. During the 1997–2001 academic years, he pursued his bachelor’s degree at the Faculty of Translation of Uzbekistan State World Languages University. After successfully completing his bachelor’s studies, in 2001 he continued his education at the same university at the master’s level, specializing in Linguistics (German Language). Professional Experience 2003–2004: German language teacher at the Department of Germanic and Romance Languages, Uzbekistan State World Languages University; 2004–2010: Deputy Dean for Spiritual and Educational Affairs at the Faculty of Translation, Uzbekistan State World Languages University; 2010–2012: Senior Lecturer at the Department of Second Foreign Languages, Uzbekistan State World Languages University; 2013–2019: Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs at the Faculty of Translation Theory and Practice, Uzbekistan State World Languages University; 2019–2021: Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs at the Faculty of Philology, Uzbekistan State World Languages University; 2021–2023: Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs at the Faculty of English Philology, Uzbekistan State World Languages University; 2023–2024: Methodologist at the Faculty of Philology and German language teacher at the Department of Foreign Philology, Alfraganus University; Since 2024: Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Philology at Alfraganus University. Academic Supervision The research supervisor is Professor (Acting), Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences (DSc) Sevara Anvarovna Ziyayeva of Uzbekistan State World Languages University. Research Output The research results of Nasirov Davranbek Palvannazirovich toward the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Philology have been published in a total of 16 national and international scholarly outlets. These include 16 articles published in scientific journals recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan for disseminating the main scientific results of doctoral dissertations, of which 5 were published in national journals and 1 in an international journal, as well as 5 papers presented at national conferences and 5 at international conferences. Qualification Examinations In accordance with the requirements of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan for obtaining the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Philology, he successfully passed the qualifying examination in Foreign Language (English) in May 2024 at Mirzo Ulugbek National University of Uzbekistan, and the qualifying examination in Comparative Literature, Contrastive Linguistics, and Translation Studies in November 2024 at the Is’hoqxon Ibrat Namangan State Institute of Foreign Languages.
