Aliyev Azim Talib was born in 1991 in Kitob district of Kashkadarya region, in 2016 he graduated from the Tashkent State Technical University named after Islam Karimov, and in 2018 he successfully completed the master's degree at the Tashkent Institute of Finance, majoring in "Management". In 2018-2019, he worked as a chief specialist of the main finance department of the Tashkent regional government, and in 2019, he was an assistant at the "Industrial Economy" department of the Tashkent State Technical University named after Islam Karimov. In 2022, he is working as a senior teacher of the "Economics Cafe" of the "Alfraganus University" non-governmental higher education organization. Researches Improvement of the mechanism of development of innovative potential of industrial enterprises (as an example of oil and gas enterprises) About 10 research results on the same topic have been published in international and republican scientific publications.
