Olga Ivanovna Stepanova was born in 1961 in Chirchik, Tashkent region. She is Russian by nationality, has a higher education. In 1980, she was admitted to Tashkent State University, majoring in philosophy, and graduated with honors in 1985. In 1993, she received the degree of Candidate of Philosophy in the specialty 09-00-03- History of Philosophy. In 2018, she received the academic title of Associate Professor. Currently, she works as an Acting Professor of the Department of Social Sciences at Alfraganus University.
