Nazirov Nazirjon Narzilloyevich was born on September 4, 1982, in the village of Galaba, Iftikhor mahalla, Bukhara rural settlement, Kyziltepa district, Navoi region, Uzbekistan. He studied at a general secondary school from 1989 to 1997, and from 1997 to 1999, he attended Lyceum No. 37 in Kyziltepa city, specializing in humanities. From 2002 to 2006, he pursued a degree in Management at the Navoi State Mining Institute, and from 2006 to 2008, he earned a master's degree in Economics from the Moscow State Mining University. He began his professional career in 2008 as an assistant lecturer at the Department of Management at the Navoi State Mining Institute, where he taught university students. In addition to his teaching responsibilities, from 2009 to 2011 he served as the leader of the “Kamolot” Youth Public Movement at the institute. Since 2019, he has been working as a lecturer at the Department of Regional Economics and Management at Mirzo Ulugbek National University of Uzbekistan. From 2021 to 2023, he was a doctoral student (PhD candidate) at the same department. Since January 8, 2024, he has been working as a senior lecturer at the Department of Economics at Alfraganus University. On January 10, 2025, he successfully defended his PhD dissertation in Economics on the topic “Priority Directions of Regional Sustainable Development Strategy (on the example of Navoi region)” at the Scientific Council DSc.03/30.12.2019.I.01.11 under Mirzo Ulugbek National University of Uzbekistan, specializing in 08.00.12 – Regional Economics. Since May 16, 2025, he has been serving as an Acting Associate Professor at the Department of Economics at Alfraganus University. N.N. Nazarov has prepared numerous scientific and methodological works, including 1 monograph and more than 100 scientific articles and theses published in journals recognized by the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as in prestigious international journals indexed in SCOPUS, RINTS, and Google Scholar databases. To date, he has supervised nearly 10 undergraduate theses. N.N. Nazarov is a dedicated, initiative-driven scholar and educator with high professional skills and broad scientific potential. He actively contributes not only to education and research but also to various aspects of social life, playing a significant role in the development of the national economy and the training of highly qualified specialists. He is married and the father of two children.
