Bagavova Elnara Rafikovna is a lecturer in Russian Language and Literature and Methods of Teaching Russian. Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Pedagogical Sciences and is an Associate Professor at the Department of Russian Language and Literature, Faculty of Philology, “ALFRAGANUS University.” Bachelor’s degree in 2017 from Tashkent State Pedagogical University named after Nizami, majoring in Native Language and Literature (Russian Language and Literature). Master’s degree in 2019 at the same university in the specialty Native Language and Literature (Russian Language and Literature). In 2022, was awarded the academic degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Pedagogical Sciences. In 2024, received the academic title of Associate Professor in the specialty Theory and Methodology of Education and Upbringing. Academic and professional interests include methods of teaching Russian as a foreign language, training of interpreters, implementation of mnemonic techniques in the educational process, pedagogical conflictology, and development of educational and methodological materials.
