Uzakov Ibodullo Abduganiyevich studied at the Faculty of Primary Education Methodology of the Tashkent State Pedagogical Institute from 1990 to 1994 and graduated with honors. In 1994-1997, he studied in the postgraduate department of the Tashkent State Pedagogical Institute. From 1997 to 2017, he worked as a teacher and senior lecturer at the Department of General Pedagogy of Tashkent State Pedagogical University. During these years, he taught subjects such as General Pedagogy (theory of pedagogy, history of pedagogy, pedagogical mastery), Social Pedagogy, Pedagogical Technologies, Pedagogical Technology and Pedagogical Mastery in bachelor's and master's programs. He supervised many final qualifying works. In 2009, she defended her candidate dissertation on the topic "Pedagogical Foundations of Fostering a Sense of Responsibility in Elementary School Students." From 2017 to 2018, he worked as a senior lecturer at the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Tashkent Medical Academy. 2018-2022. - Associate Professor of the Department of Social Sciences and Humanities of the Tashkent State University of Uzbek Language and Literature named after Alisher Navoi 2022 - 2023. - Associate Professor of the Department of Pedagogy of the Tashkent University of Applied Sciences 2023 – at present- Associate Professor of the Department of "Pedagogy and Psychology" of the non-state higher educational organization "ALFRAGANUS UNIVERSITY" For active participation in international and republican conferences, seminars and trainings, and spiritual and educational events held in 1997-2024, he was awarded certificates and certificates of merit. Author of 3 methodological manuals, 1 textbook, 1 monograph, more than 30 scientific and popular science articles published in foreign and republican publications, reviewer of 10 methodological manuals, participated in the preparation of 1 collection of articles.
