Atakulov Usman Makhmadaminovich was born on 09/23/1987 in Mirishkor district of Kashkadarya region. In 2007-2011 he graduated from the Tax Academy with a bachelor's degree in Taxes and Taxation. In 2016-2018 he graduated from the Banking and Finance Academy with a master's degree in Taxes and Taxation. In 2024 he received the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economics. In 2024 he works as an acting associate professor at the Department of Accounting and Taxation of the Alfraganus University NOTT.
